Tarandeep Singh is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 20 years of both on & above property experience across Hotel Operations, Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management, and Hospitality Consulting. A Hotel Management graduate and an alumni of Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Kozhikode (India), he has worked with Oberois, Taj, Carlson & Technopak Advisors.
At IHG since January 2010, he led the Revenue Management initiatives for South West Asia, based in India and was responsible for setting up the remote RM solution across Asia Middle East & Africa (AMEA). He also managed the Manila Operations for IHG that provided backend analytical support to regions across the globe. In last 3 years at Singapore, he established the Analytics function & went on to manage Revenue Performance & Analytics for the AMEA region. In his current role based in Dubai, he now provides leadership & strategic direction to the RM function for India Middle East & Asia region

Martin Kubler is a hotel GM turned hospitality & service industries consultant with 20+ years executive-level management experience in three, four and five star hotels in Europe and the Middle East. In May 2011, Martin founded Iconsulthotels, a boutique hospitality, leisure, and tourism consulting firm based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which, in 2016 acquired SPS – Strategic Partnership Solutions and rebranded as sps:hotels, part of sps:affinity. Martin specialises in revenue management task forces and revenue optimization consulting. He is also an adjunct lecturer in revenue management and business development strategies for a number of universities.
Martin holds an MBA in International Hospitality and Service Industries Management, Marketing, and Innovation, from Glion Institute of Higher Education, and is highly creative, passionate about communication, and innovation. He is interested in many things and understands an eclectic mix of business, science, and art. Martin knows people and how to communicate with them, but he also knows how to make organisations work and extract the best profits for their many stakeholders.
Martin is a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality, very well networked, and a frequent speaker at hotel and customer service conferences and events, such as ITHS, HTF, and the Hotel Show. C.S. “Ram” Ramachandran, Director, Revenue Account Management, India, Middle East, Africa, Preferred Hotels & Resorts
C.S. “Ram” Ramachandran serves as Director of Revenue Account Management for Preferred Hotels & Resorts, charged with helping the brand’s member hotels maximize the effectiveness of their online distribution channels and optimize revenue through better revenue strategies. In this position, he also guides member hotels in South Asia and the Middle East on e-marketing, data interpretation, and pricing strategies along with MIS, which help them, make informed business decisions.
Ram has nearly 20 years of rich expertise in hotel management, the majority of which has been dedicated to revenue management. His key interests include business analytics, business strategy, distribution, online marketing, sales, and customer relationship management. Prior to joining Preferred Hotels & Resorts, Ram served as Assistant Vice President of E-Marketing for The Oberoi Group, responsible for the group’s digital marketing strategy with a focus on maximizing e-commerce revenues. He is based in New Delhi.

During my time with these exclusive properties, I was instrumental in nurturing sound relationships with owners, securing the best possible locations, negotiating and formalizing contractual agreements, and appointing teams to infuse and reflect the ethos of the brands.

Vishal is a Dubai based Growth + Competitive Strategy expert who has lived and worked in the UK, India and across the Middle East. He has over 15 years of experience across the Middle East, Africa and the Indian sub-continent in consulting, market research and sales & marketing across a diverse set of industries.
Previously with Deloitte Consulting’s Dubai offices, he was part of a team responsible for strategy and operations assignments across the Middle East and North Africa region. He has also worked for a Dubai-based regional market research and advisory firm in addition to working with Colliers International, Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and Taj Hotels Resorts & Palaces.
Vishal has worked on hundreds of b2b research + strategy engagements mostly across MENA and South Asia region. He is a recognized Growth + Competitive Strategy expert and has been numerously interviewed on the subject. He contributes frequently to several regional and global publications in the areas of growth and competitive strategy, policy, retail and real estate. Vishal holds an MSc in Real Estate and Regeneration from the University of Glasgow, a UNWTO Themis degree in Tourism and International Cooperation for Development from The George Washington University and a Degree in Hotel Management. He is also often invited to be a speaker at key Middle East and South Asian foreign investment, innovation, growth strategy and retail industry conferences.
